• Ann Arundel Medical Center - Feel comfortable in the knowledge that one of the worlds best medical centers is only a twenty minute drive in Annapolis, MD.  The medical Center has world-class cancer, spine, brain and woman's/children's centers. Volunteer opportunites are endless.

• Anne Arundel Medical Center also has a facility in Stevensville, MD; a brief 15 minute drive from Cove Creek Club

•  Shore Health System, University of Maryland Medical System is building a new facility in Grasonville that will join their other facilities in Centreville and Easton to serve the medical needs of the Eastern Shore.

Physical Therapy

• The Water's Edge, established in 2005, is a comprehensive physical therapy, fitness and aquatics center located in Stevensville.  This handicapped accessible facility offers 9 private treatment rooms, a fully-equipped fitness center, personal training, a warm water therapy pool, HydroRider bikes and aquatic trends stations along with Red Cross Swimming Lessons.

Fire Departments

The Kent Island Volunteer Fire Department offers many volunteer activites for people of all ages and provide  fire and rescue support for the Cove Creek Community: http://www.kivfd.org/

The primary Cove Creek Fire and Rescue facility is right up the road. The United Communities Volunteer Fire Department services all of Cove Creek and is always looking for more volunteers: http://www.ucvfd.org/
